Exciting opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join an expanding company in Basingstoke.

You will provide efficient, professional, reactionary and proactive IT Support for the company's customer base as well as their internal system. As a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer you will receive wide exposure to a variety of different areas including; Windows, Linux, Networking, Databases, and Hardware. The ideal candidate will be someone with a keen interest in learning new technologies with commercial exposure to either Windows or Linux environments.

Experience in the following is required:

  • Experience working on a service desk
  • Windows 7,8,10
  • Windows Servers 2003-2012
  • Database experience - SQL Server, Oracle etc.
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Full UK Driving license
