1st Line Software Support - Poole - £18,000

SQL, MS Office, Bespoke Software

Technical Support Engineer required by a well-established client based in Poole, Dorset. You will become a key member of an experienced team and will be required to provide customers with a courteous and efficient technical support service either by telephone, remote access or on site if necessary. You will be a confident individual with strong IT skills. You will be supporting a bespoke software so full training will be provided.

Skills required:

  • Experience of providing customer support
  • Working with processes and procedures
  • Experience of working with PABX systems or bespoke software applications
  • Team Player
  • Strong communication skills
