1st Line Support Analyst - MS Office 2016, Active Directory, Exchange - Park Gate
Your Role:
As the Service Desk Engineer/ 1st Line Support Analyst you will be supporting a number of clients for an initial 4 week contract. Your role will include;
- Providing mainly 1st Line and occasional 2nd Line support
- Deploying PCs and other user devices using deployment tools
- Server administration including Windows Server 2008, 2012, Active Directory, File and Print Services, shares and Group Policy
- Managing Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010, 2012 and Online
- Responding to and resolving tickets quickly
- Liaising pro-actively with suppliers and escalating issues when required
About You:
As a Service Desk Engineer/ 1st Line Support Analyst your experience and skills will include;
- Experience of supporting MS Office including Office 365/ 2016
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2000/2008/2013, Active Directory and Windows 7/8/10
- Previous experience of working on a Service Desk would be beneficial
