IT Support Analyst - 1st Line Support, Email Security, End Point - Contract

Your Role:

As the IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing both internal technical support to staff as well as supporting external stakeholders and customers. You will be providing 1st line support for inbound calls and perform triage, first fix or escalation where required. A majority of the support you will be providing will be for Email Security, Web Security and End Point Protection.

About You:

You will have previous experience within IT and 1st Line Support, with skills and experience including;

  • Previous experience of Email Security
  • Experience of Web Security
  • Knowledge of End Point Protection
  • Knowledge of Exchange Server or Active Directory would be an advantage
  • Previous experience of VMWare would be beneficial
