Contract 1st Line Support Analyst - Winchester

Your Role:

As an IT Support Analyst you will be providing 1st and occasional 2nd line support, In your day to day role you will be responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any workstation, telephone, tablet or mobile device that has access to the network. You will Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows desktop, Windows Mobile, Apple IOS, Google Android, Microsoft Office and any other authorised desktop or mobile applications.

A bit about you:

You will have previously have worked as an IT Support Analyst, having provided 1st Line support. Also you would have had experience of;

  • Windows 7 and 10
  • Previous experience of supporting Office 2010 and 2013
  • Knowledge of Exchange and Active Directory
  • Windows Server Support experience beneficial
