1st Line Support Engineer - Network & Telephony

We have an exciting new opportunity for a bright graduate or experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join a thriving company. The role will entail resolving 1st line calls or escalating where required and managing incoming support requests remotely via telephone and email.
My client is looking for someone with the following experience:
- VOIP knowledge - ideal; however, training will be required
- An understanding of Network Terminology - (LAN, WAN, VPN) etc.
- Remote Network support exposure - Routers, Firewalls
- Strong Microsoft, Windows and Office skills
As you will be working as part of a team and will be in regular contact with my clients growing customer base then your communications, both written and verbal must be very strong.
