£25,000 - £30,000

2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer is required to join a growing and highly progressive Electrical Services company based out of their Head office in Southampton.

Working within a small team, the 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer will be required to deal with a broad range of technical issues and challenges ranging from 1st - 3rd Line. This role is a combination of both internal IT support along with wider infrastructure projects; pro-actively employing end-user engagement & support.

As this is a varied role, you can expect to be working on various projects ranging from installations, migrations and configuration of systems.

You will be involved in:

  • Windows 10 / Azure Deployments
  • O365 Migrations
  • MDM deployment
  • Networking - including Security & WAN management
  • Cyber security
  • End-user engagement

The ideal candidate will be pro-active; happy to work across a broad range of technical issues and must possess a full and clean driving licence
