2nd Line Support Engineer

2nd Line Support Engineer required for a manufacturing company based in Aylesbury who deliver bespoke solutions to its customers. You will be joining a small team providing technical support to end users across 2 UK sites, Aylesbury and Birmingham with occasional travel to the Birmingham office.
You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support, logging incidents and changes on the service desk system and reporting feedback on any operational matters, conducting customer visits as required, troubleshooting and working within agreed SLA's.
You will have the following skills:-
- MS Windows 7/10
- MS Server 2012/2016
- IP and digital telephones
- Active Directory
- TCP/IP Networking
- ITIL experience would be beneficial
