An exciting opportunity has opened in Portsmouth as an industry leader are looking to add a 2nd Line Support Engineer to their team on a permanent basis.
This role is a mixture of project work and IT support across the wider business. A fantastic opportunity for an experienced support engineer, with good Office 365 experience, who is looking to step into a dynamic and exciting environment, with no two days being the same.
What you will need;
- Good experience providing support at a 1st and 2nd line level
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Windows OS
- VMware
- Network support - desirable
- Mac OS - desirable
- AV / Video conferencing - desirable
