3rd Line Support Engineer (VMware / Cisco) - Fareham
£30,000 - £35,000
3rd Line Support Engineer is required to join an established and growing company based out of their head office in Fareham.
The role of 3rd Line Support Engineer will involve working as part of a team focusing on managing and implementing complex solutions throughout the organisation. My client has multiple offices in Fareham and London so you will be expected to ensure that project delivery is implemented and communicated effectively throughout.
The successful IT Infrastructure Engineer will be working within a Microsoft Infrastructure environment and will therefore be technically fluent in supporting Windows Infrastructure, server platforms, and applications whilst delivering technical solutions to businesses in line with industry best practice.
You will have experience with:
- Commercial experience as a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer
- VMware
- Cisco
- Windows Server 2012 / 2016
- Windows 7, 8 & 10 desktop systems
- Exchange 2010, 2013
- Active Directory
As you will be working within a team environment, dealing within internal users along with external IT customers, your communication skills, both written and verbal, must be exemplary.
