What skills do you need?

The role of a 3rd Line Support Engineer will be to provide in-depth Infrastructure support to their growing client base. You will be involved in all Server level issues along with any issues which are escalated from their 1st & 2nd line team. You will be working within a Windows environment (Server 2012 / 2016, Exchange 2013 and Active Directory) but also with other technologies such as VMware and O365. The majority of the role will be done from their office, but you may be expected to travel to client site on occasion.
