3rd Line Support Engineer

Job description

3rd Line Support Engineers required by a growing software house in Horsham, West Sussex. My client is looking for experienced 3rd Line Support Engineers to maintain a neat codebase with many live customers and active devices. You will be investigating 3rd line issues within their products, implementing fixes, escalating to the developers where necessary and will work closely with the support team assisting with their investigations.

Required experience

  • Experience in providing 3rd Line Software Support to internal customers
  • Visual Studio 2017
  • Knowledge of C# & SQL server
  • Version control systems
  • Ability to pick up code and investigate problems independently

Any experience in the following would be advantageous but not essential:

  • SSRS Reports & Crystal reports
  • NET
  • Webforms
  • MVC
