3rd Line Support Engineer is required to join a growing company from their head office based in central Bournemouth.
The role of the 3rd Line Support Engineer would be give IT infrastructure support to their internal systems, which are based within a Microsoft environment. You will be expected to diagnose, investigate and resolve desktop, server infrastructure, networking, telephony, software and hardware issues on a day-to-day basis.
The ideal candidate for this role will be working within a similar position at the moment and preferably have an industry recognised certificate.
Ideally you will have the following skills:
- Microsoft Server, up to 2016 / 2019
- Exchange / Office 365
- MS Dynamics
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- Understanding of SIP VoIP systems
- Understadning of SQL
As you will be working within a team environment then your communications skills, both written and verbal, must be exemplary.
