3rd Line Support Engineer is required to join a growing company from their head office based on the outskirts of Winchester.
The role of the 3rd Line Support Engineer would be to act as an intermediary between their internal support desk and their outsourced Infrastructure Support provider. You will be expected to assist with any issues escalated from their 2nd line team whilst being hands on with their Microsoft based infrastructure.
The ideal candidate for this role will be working within a similar position at the moment and preferably have an industry recognised certificate.
Ideally you will have the following skills:
- Microsoft Server, up to 2016
- Exchange / Office 365
- MS Dynamics
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- CRM systems
As you will be working within a team environment then your communications skills, both written and verbal, must be exemplary.
