£55,000 - £65,000

The key purpose of this role is to lead a team to successfully deliver to stakeholder expectations. Responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget and quality levers; managing dependencies and RAIDs within the team and across the organisation. Build a high-performance delivery machine.

This is a new role for the company, you will be part of a programme of work for the replatforming of one of their products to a SaaS solution. You will manage a project team consisting of a Development Lead, 2 Software Developers, a Tester and a Product Owner. Exposure to a number of agile methodologies is key, Scrum is useful however you need to allow flexibility where there are varying priorities so experience / knowledge of Kanban, Lean, XP is key!

Ideally you will have experience of Agile implementation where you have supported the transformation of a business to an Agile way of working.

Key Skills
· 5+ years of experience working as an Agile Project Manager, Iteration Manager and / or Scrum Master
· Experience working with Agile Delivery methods
· Experience working with a cross-functional software development team
· Strong Agile Skills: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP if possible
· Experience of Agile implementation where you have supported the transformation of a business to an Agile way of working
· You will be collaborative, practice servant leadership, charismatic and enthusiastic, whilst being adaptive to support the move from Waterfall to Agile further down the line
· You will inspire other teams to mature their Agile practices
· You will have solid Scrum but ideally be able to bring flexibility and innovativeness to this role
