Application Support - Contract
You will be a key member of the support team, focusing on the support of a number of applications, your role will include;
- Application support via telephone and email.
- Ensure all incidents are logged and tracked accordingly until resolved.
- Give accurate updates on issue that have been recorded
- Troubleshooting and 1 call resolution
- Technical advisor to users with complex systems issues
You will be experienced within Application Support, with skills and experience including;
- Good customer service and experience in an application support environment
- Some knowledge of SQL (Writing queries and reports) would be beneficial
- Experience of Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016)
- Knowledge of Office 365
