Application Support - Contract

Your Role:

You will be a key member of the support team, focusing on the support of a number of applications, your role will include;

  • Application support via telephone and email.
  • Ensure all incidents are logged and tracked accordingly until resolved.
  • Give accurate updates on issue that have been recorded
  • Troubleshooting and 1 call resolution
  • Technical advisor to users with complex systems issues

About You:

You will be experienced within Application Support, with skills and experience including;

  • Good customer service and experience in an application support environment
  • Some knowledge of SQL (Writing queries and reports) would be beneficial
  • Experience of Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016)
  • Knowledge of Office 365
