Application Support Analyst - SQL - Southampton
Your Role:
As the Application Support Analyst, your role will be multifaceted covering both application support and SQL Administration. You will take ownership of issues, be involved in troubleshooting and have an input in database administration and development. Your role will involve heavy interaction with customers and stakeholders both internally and externally, and you will have a focus on service delivery ensuring positive customer outcomes.
About You:
You will have an Application Support background, with experience of SQL Database Administration, your skills will include;
- Experienced within Application Support
- Extensive experience of SQL Server
- Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage
- Previous experience of Sage would be beneficial
- Experience of working with Stakeholder and Clients
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
