Job description
Application Support Engineer required by a growing company based in Horsham, West Sussex. Due to expansion my client is looking to hire an experienced Application Support engineer to provide software support to internal customers, implement fixes and work with the support team helping with their investigations.
Responsibilities
- Providing application support to customers
- Respond and resolve production issues
- Implement fixes
- Escalate to the developers where required
Key Experience:
- Experience of providing 3rd line software support to internal customers
- SQL & Visual studio
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Any experience in the following would be advantageous but not essential:
- SSRS & Crystal Reports
- NET, WebForms, MVC
