Application Support Engineer

Job description

Application Support Engineer required by a rapidly growing company based in Egham, Surrey. Due to continued growth within the company they need to hire an experienced engineer to help support multiple applications & software whilst providing first class support to their customers and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Providing application support to customers
  • Respond and resolve production issues
  • Be involved in project deployment, client training and upgrades & installations

Key skills

  • Experience of APIs and Web Service Support
  • Experience of software support and SQL
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills

Desirable skills

  • Experience working with Service Desk Tools - Jira Service Desk/Service Now
  • Experience working with Citrix and remote servers
