Job description
Application Support Engineer required by a rapidly growing company based in Egham, Surrey. Due to continued growth within the company they need to hire an experienced engineer to help support multiple applications & software whilst providing first class support to their customers and clients.
Responsibilities
- Providing application support to customers
- Respond and resolve production issues
- Be involved in project deployment, client training and upgrades & installations
Key skills
- Experience of APIs and Web Service Support
- Experience of software support and SQL
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills
Desirable skills
- Experience working with Service Desk Tools - Jira Service Desk/Service Now
- Experience working with Citrix and remote servers
