Application Support Engineer - Fleet - £30,000 - £35,000
SQL, Software, Bespoke Application
Application Support Engineer required for a leading provider based in Fleet. You will be providing remote support for production customers utilising our clients software solutions and this will include answering how-to questions, resolving faults and providing technical upgrade assistance and trouble shooting. You will be given the chance to build on existing and learn new skills whilst being part of an very technical and experienced team.
Skills required:
- Bespoke application support
- Database Knowledge
- SQL Server
- SQL Scripting
- Technical Degree (beneficial)
- Excellent problem solving skills
Role requirements:
- Liaise with customers via telephone and helpdesk to help resolve issues
- Assist customers with updating their product
- 2nd - 3rd line Support
- Develop, maintain and extend business, product & technical knowledge
- Liaise with Development staff to accurately and succinctly articulate Issues requiring a 3rd level / code investigation
