Contract Backend Developer - Go, Postgres, Redis, Kafka - Basingstoke
Your Role:
As an experienced Backend Developer you will be working alongside a highly talented development team delivering software services and products built on patented technology. The backend tech stack currently comprises Go, gRPC, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Microservices and Full CI. Though the client is committed to using the best technology for the task at hand.
The growing team is highly focused on rapid delivery of functionality to meet the demands of the business. Lightweight processes and good communication within the team, who are all physically based at a single site, are designed to maximise efficiency.
About You:
You will be an experienced Backend Developer, who is keen to push boundaries and work with the best technologies. Your experience and skills includes;
- Previous experience of GO, gRPC, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and Microservices
- Experience of building API Connectors with 3rd party services would be beneficial
- Previous experience of working within a small and agile development team would be beneficial
