Job description
A Backend Java Engineer is required for a software company in Basingstoke who provide complex, unique officiating tools to the sporting industry. This role is easily commutable from Basingstoke train station as my client provide transport to and from.
As Backend Java Engineer you will join an expanding team where you'll be responsible for designing and developing future platforms that will be hosted in a could solution. You'll work on a wide range of exciting products and services that serve a number of sporting events.
The successful Backend Java Engineer will have the following skills:
- Java
- Spring boot / hibernate
- Mocking frameworks
- JavaScript ES6 / HTML5 / CSS3
- Agile / Scrum
If would be beneficial if the Backend Java Engineer had any of the below;
- AWS
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- PostgreSQL
This role will suit an experienced Java Engineer who is looking to step up into a new challenge where they can have a real impact across the whole business.
This Backend Java Engineer role is paying up to £60,000 plus benefits including a bonus, on-site gym, perkbox, private healthcare, flexible working and transport to / from the station.
