A Business Analyst is required by a well-known market leading retail organisation based in Basingstoke.
The Business Analyst will have a varied background and should be able to work in both an waterfall and agile environment. The successful Business Analyst will work alongside the IT department in a team of Business Analyst's to complete the analysis, design, testing, documentation and implementation of recommended solutions.
Essential experience;
- Experience of Agile methodologies, along with the traditional waterfall approach
- Developing business requirements and technical specification documents
- Process Analysis and Design
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to Stakeholders and team members
Any of the following would be advantageous, but not a prerequisite;
- Experience as a Product Owner
- Retail organisation experience
- Technical software development background
