An international freight a logistics organisation based in Newbury are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team where you'll be directly responsible for the Analysis of the departmental business requirements and translation of requirements into user stories (Azure DevOps) for the new platform development.
The salary on offer for this business analyst role is up to circa £40k and comes with a wide range of benefits.
The successful Business analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of ZenDesk, its configuration and integration into its API
- Understanding and configuration of Zendesk Explore dashboards
- Experience working as part of an Agile development team
- Understanding of data security requirements and a secure by design approach to software.
