Business Analyst - Financial, Systems

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work as part of the Business Change function within an established Financial Lender based in Petersfield, Hampshire.
Following years of substantial growth, this company has an excellent reputation for customer satisfaction and are looking to build upon their successes.
The role of Business Analyst will involve working with a range of internal stakeholders to manage the full development lifecycle, essentially managing ideas through to successful implementation. This will involve; Information gathering, discovering business objectives, documenting user requirements, producing delivery plans and finally supporting the final implementation through to effective delivery.
Summary of experience:
- 3+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst on Financial or Systems Development Projects
- Knowledge of UML, Visio or similar
- Mapping "As is" and "To be" procedures
- Highly skilled communicator - both written and verbal
- Experience delivering Enterprise wide IT change projects
- Knowledge of Business & Systems processes
- Strong documentation skills
Desirable:
- Financial Services experience (FCA environment)
- Experience delivering Enterprise wide IT change projects
- IT Consultancy BA experience.
Those with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid Methodology experience will be considered for this role.
