Business Development Manager - Fleet - Basic + OTE

Senior Sales Executive required for a well-established client based in Fleet, Hampshire. Our client are a leading IT solutions and services group who provide software solutions, consultancy and managed services. You will become a key part of a very dynamic sales team and will be given the opportunity to learn a lot about the industry.

Skills and Experience required:

  • 6+ years software sales experience
  • Experience working to deadlines and achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Highly self-motivated
  • IT software and/or relevant Finance industry knowledge
  • Able to think rapidly in front of prospective clients
  • Self-confident, persuasive and a natural influencer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Presentable for face-to-face meetings with prospective customers

Role requirements:

  • Managing New Business Sales
  • Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact through to contract signing
  • Accurate weekly reporting of sales activity and forecast
  • Identification of potential customers via research on market participants in certain geographies and industry sectors
