CRM Specialist

Job description

Exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM specialist to join an established company based in Fleet, Hampshire. This is a new role within the business and the CRM Specialist will work with the CRM team to lead the development and execution of the CRM programme. This will involve exploiting the potential of new technology solutions in the context of our client's product. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring the technology components ensuring full connectivity across data and customer flows, analytics and reporting. Skills required:

  • Hands on experience of working with CRM platforms
  • Understanding of customer journey flows and metrics and the desire to work in a performance-based environment
  • Ability and confidence to work across multiple teams
  • Educated to degree standard and with ideally a 2:1 tech qualification
  • Work within an Agile environment

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the CRM team to understand the full potential of new CRM technology platforms
  • Put forward proposals for new customer journeys
  • To work with the CRM team to map out and configure customer journeys
  • To configure CRM technology platforms with the database and analytics to enable new customer interactions to be monitored and tracked
  • To stay up to date with all new relevant technology to build on the new and emerging CRM programme
  • To ensure that all data flows in and out of the technology platforms are connected correctly
