Junior Cloud Engineer - (Python / AWS)
A leading cloud technology company is looking for a Junior level Cloud Engineer to join their busy and successful organisation.
Previous experience of working with AWS, cloud tools or technology would be advantageous but is not essential as training and development will be provided.
The Junior Cloud Engineer will be part of a talented team assisting to provide a real-time global service to their customers.
The Junior Cloud Engineer will be looking to build on the following skills and experience:
- Experience with Python for scripting or programming - ideally for deployment purposes.
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and automating tasks.
- A basic knowledge or understanding of AWS.
- Working knowledge and understanding of Linux or Windows.
In addition to the above, knowledge of any of the following would be advantageous:
- Passion or interest in Open source technology.
- Chef
- Terraform
- Ruby
- MySQL
- NewRelic
- CloudWatch
- Papertrail
- ElasticSearch
- StatsD
