Title: Contract 2nd Line Support
Length: 3 Months
The primary function of the role is to provide application support to the key business applications. Working with 3rd party vendors and developers to provide support to users as well communicating any improvements to the system which we require.
The secondary function of this role is to provide IT support to users across the business covering end user compute, infrastructure, communications and applications as required.
This role may be required to work outside of normal working hours to support BAU or project delivery.
