Contract Application Support Analyst required to support the helpdesk.
- Application support via telephone and email.
- Ensure all incidents are logged and tracked accordingly until resolved.
- Give accurate updates on issue that has been recorded
- Troubleshooting and 1 call resolution
- Technical advisor to users with complex systems issues
- Identifies problems as soon as reported
- Good customer service and experience in an application support environment
- Some knowledge of SQL (Writing queries and reports)
- Experience of Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016)
- Office 365
