Contract Business Support Analyst

Spectrum IT's Global Client based in Southampton are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join their project team for an initial 3-month contract.

Working within a dynamic project team you will provide business support for the current project and play a key and varied role.

Supporting an internal software ticketing project, you will have some understanding for software/project testing, business analysis and general software project support.

As the Contract Business Support Analyst, you will work closely with the internal software development team and external ticketing provider. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong IT understanding (Microsoft, Ticketing Systems) and consider yourself a proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to work on your innovative.

Experience of ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Remedy etc will be highly beneficial but not essential.
