Title: Contract SAP Data & MI Analyst
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Duration: Initially 3 months
Rate: up to £350 a day (dependent on experience)
Role:
The SAP Data & MI Analyst is required to provide comprehensive MI consultancy service to the business through the extraction, interrogation and presentation of data from multiple HR systems and other data sources.
The Data & MI Analyst will deliver consistent and robust management information which underpins key business projects, activities and/or audit requirements often bespoke and complex in nature.
Other duties include:
- Being the custodian for SAP organisation design
- Act in a consultancy capacity to project manage the needs of the business
- Identify trends and highlight problem areas within MI & data
- Assist in the design and delivery of new bespoke MI systems, tools and metrics
- Work with the business to maintain and develop HR SAP Query Manager
- Undertake SAP testing using HP Quality Centre
Experience and Skills Required:
- SAP BW, SAP Query Manager/Wage Type Reporter
- Excel, Visual Basic and Visio
- Data Warehousing
- Relational databases
- HR operational experience
- Strong communication skills
