Development Manager - Contract - Southampton
Your Role:
As an experienced Development Manager you will be overseeing a period of significant change for the development team within a large organisation. As the Development Manager, your role will include;
- Manage the day to day running of the existing 3 man Development Team
- Work with the Business Analyst team on priorities and workload delivery
- Solution design
- Assessment & Improvement of existing process
- Involvement in IT Development & Staff Augmentation Services
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaising with internal customers
About You:
You will be an experienced Development Manager looking for a role where you can make a major impact to the future direction of a business. Your experience and skills will include
- Previous experience of managing development teams
- Experience of working across large organisations and working with stakeholders at varying levels
- Solution Design experience
- Previous experience of proves improvement
Development is performed using a Microsoft technology stack (Visual Studio / .Net / SQL Server/ #C) some experience of working with these technologies in either a hands-on or a managerial capacity would be desirable.
