Job description
This client is the leading supplier of ERP systems to the housing industry throughout Europe. Thousands of customers use their software to manage over 10 million residential units and their aim is to build the next generation of ERP system.
An experienced Contract .Net Developer (C#) is required to work on this project, with responsibilities for building the server side of the web application. Work alongside front end developers, test analysts and managers to develop a new application which aims to deliver the best UX to the customer.
Experience of using .Net (including Core) in C#, with ASP.Net and Web API for building RESTful web services is essential. You should have experience of building cloud-based services implemented on Azure. Front end web development experience would be an advantage including HTML5, CSS3 with JavaScript frameworks.
Experience:
- .NET Core, ASP.Net applications in C#
- Visual Studio
- RESTful web services using C# ASP.Net Web API.
- SQL Server and Entity Framework.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (including SASS) and building responsive web sites.
- An understanding of JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as jQuery, Typescript and Angular.
- Agile methodology
- Experience of writing unit tests.
- Experience of developing cloud solutions, particularly Azure.
