Job description
The clients' current system is reaching obsolescence and is to be replaced or upgraded within 2 years. The scope of the programme covers supplier selection for the provision and implementation of technology and service management. Initial activity (Discovery phase) will involve
- Developing an understanding current state, equipment, infrastructure, applications and network
- Review of alternative messaging technologies
- Developing an understanding of emerging IT strategies
- Options assessment
From a skillset perspective, we are looking for an experienced Networks engineer, with at least a CCNP (Cisco certified network professional) in Routing and Switching. Would also be great if they have a good understanding of WAN networks.
