Spectrum IT's Finance Client are seeking a Contract Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing configuration and continuous development of Salesforce within the business for a 3 month period.
As the Contract Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, change and integrity of Salesforce as the Core system within the Operations Team.
Proficient Salesforce Administrator experience with ideally 2 years+ solid experience of administrating (and beneficial to have developing experience in) Salesforce, familiar with common concepts related to development cycles and testing.
Must be familiar with more complex and abstract functionality of system including but not limited to:
- HTML Emails
- Record Type handling
- Permissions and Controls
- Object App Creation
- Approval processes
- Integration to 3rd party applications
The applicant must have good written and verbal skill as communicating with end users is key in this role.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Data quality and integrity
- Maintenance of users and permissions
Knowledge of Apex Code and Salesforce API would be advantageous but not essential for this role.
