Title: Contract Software Developer
Location: Portsmouth
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Dependent on experience
Role:
Contract software developer needed with experience developing a variety of applications in C# using Microsoft's development tools and working with the .NET framework. Very good experience with object-oriented analysis and design skills and to be familiar with design patterns and practices.
- Developing Web APIs for a their existing product
- Code reviews
- Support of internal and external customers
- Support of internal and hosted environments
Essential Skills:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft development technologies
- Visual Studio 2015 onwards
- Strong C# / .NET experience
- Net / .Net Core Web API development experience
- API documentation generation tools
- SQL Server experience
- Web services (SOAP and/or WCF)
- Unit testing / Test Driven Development
