Job description
As senior Systems Analyst (CRM) you will be responsible for supporting projects by examining current systems, gathering technical requirements and producing specifications for new or modified systems. You will enable all parts of the business to make reliable decisions, and will work closely with multiple areas of the business to offer insights and guidance through well executed reporting and accurate and exact data.
You will also work closely with other functional teams to provide support and guidance on interfacing and data requirements in the CRM space to ensure adherence to standards and policies.
Responsibilities;
- Support the business CRM interface and data requirements in EMEA region
- Develop solution by preparing and evaluating alternate workflows
- Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating with development
- Maintain data integrity and ensure adherence to data standards
- Provide guidance and recommendations to enable new or modified CRM capabilities
- Work with Business analysts to define specifications for system enhancements
- Work with support to identify gaps in knowledge and document solutions
- Provide guidance and support for CRM interfacing requirements
Skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and use own initiative with a pro-active approach
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong SQL experience (MS SQL, Oracle PL, MySQL)
- Proficient knowledge across a range of analytical tools (MS SQL Server, MS Access, SAP Business Objects, Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables)
- Ability to deconstruct complex subjects and tailor communications in line with audience
- Experience of working in a global organisation and offshore partners
- Functional CRM knowledge
