Contract Zendesk Engineer
Spectrum IT's Global Client based in Southampton are seeking an experienced Zendesk Engineer/Specialist to join them for an initial 6 week project.
The focus of the project will be to configure the clients Zendesk systems to act as a workflow ticketing service to internal business customers.
You will be an experienced Contract Systems/Zendesk Engineer who has strong hands on experience configuring Zendesk systems to client specifications. You will enjoy a hands on role and have a strong ability to interpret client needs for configuration.
