Corporate Account Manager - Fully Remote, Field Based (South England)

£35,000 + £5,400 car allowance. OTE £55,000 (uncapped commission)

Remote Based - Frequent travel to client sites across the south

Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate Account Manager to join a successful market leading company in their industry with a diverse product offering which include new to market solutions. The role will be fully remote based with frequent travel across the South for client meetings. The Corporate Account Manager will inherit a full portfolio of clients in an extremely buoyant market. The Corporate Account manager will have experience in B2B and will be responsible for looking after existing customers as well as growing the accounts though consultancy services and up selling of new products/services. The Account Manager will likely have industry experience in any of the following areas customer experience, ideally supporting contact centres, branding, or marketing agency with skills in the following areas.

Key Skills

  • Account management - knowledge and experience in one or more customer experience, contact centres or branding/marketing agency
  • Relationship building and ability to develop and broaden client contact base with key decision makers
  • Proven success managing corporate accounts and conducting commercial negotiations
  • Excellent consulting skills to upsell new products or functionalities of product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships ensuring service expectations are fully met
  • Manage contract renewal process through to successful completion.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of all services and maintain accurate records of all activity on the CRM platform
  • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills to coordinate workload.

This role would suit an experienced Account Manager who is a self-starter looking to manage their own diary/accounts in an exciting sector. Basic starting salary is £35k (OTE £55k) + £5,400 car allowance + uncapped commission + benefits.
