Job description
An experienced Data Architect/Consultant required for a leading technology company who have offices in both Camberley and London. You will be working in an Azure or AWS cloud environments and be required to turn business ideas into full data architectures on both new and existing developments. You will have knowledge and experience of working with modern architecture and Talend Data Platforms.
Role Responsibilities:
- Working with clients to understand their requirements
- You will be designing and building solutions using the Talent product set
- Develop data integration processes, templates, design patterns and frameworks
- Design and develop ELT and ETL solutions
Essential Experience:
- Talend product set
- Working with cloud platforms - Azure, AWS
- Building large-scale data solutions and working on big data projects
Any experience in the following would be advantageous:
- Experience on RDBMS platforms - SQL server, Oracle, Snowflake
- SQL skills
- Java/J2EE
- Technical knowledge of the components contained within the Hadoop ecosystem - MapReduce, HDFS, YARN, Hive, HBase, Sqoop
