Data Operations Lead - Contract - Basingstoke
Your Role:
As the Data Operations Lead you will be managing a large team ensuring the successful delivery of Data operations across the business. Your role will include managing the Data Warehousing, ETL, BI systems, as well as the application and incident support teams. Your role will also include;
- Driving the BI Customer Data applications service, ensuring a proactive support environment
- Manage change within the Data Operations division
- Design and Lead service improvement across Data and Operations
About You:
As the Data Operations Lead, your experience and skills will include;
- Extensive experience of managing Data teams
- A strong background in BI and Data Warehousing
- Experience of matrix management
- Previous experience of managing Applications and Incident Support
- A thorough knowledge of Data Modelling
