Senior DevOps Engineer - AWS
Hampshire or London with flexible home working options
Salary based on experience + benefits and bonus
A great new opportunity for an experienced DevOps Engineer / Cloud Engineer to join a growing tech business with office globally, this role will manage a newly established AWS cloud infrastructure supporting numerous applications used by bluechip companies.
The technology teams in Hampshire and London and have ongoing project work following extensive investment in new products and technology. The team develop and deliver a range of products hosted on AWS to enable the rapid delivery and deployment of their software solutions.

Required skills and technologies
- At least 3 years' relevant experience within a hands-on Cloud Engineer / DevOps role
- Experienced at managing AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, RDS, VPC, S3, IAM and Cloudwatch)
- Strong Linux skills background
- Terraform skills
- CI/CD tooling (Gitlab preferred)
- Experience with Git distributed version control tools (e.g. Gitlab/Bitbucket/Github)
- Excellent communicator, able to work across teams internally
Desirable skills and technologies
- Experience of Docker and AWS Kubernetes-based solutions
- Programming skills, Python, PHP, Java, etc
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence
The salary is dependent on experience up to £80,000 + bonus and benefits
