Digital Customer Experience Manager

A well-established retail company, based in the Portsmouth area is seeking a Digital Customer Experience Manager to work on digital customer experience change and delivery projects, contributing to the implementation and optimisation of end to end digital change delivery model.

This is a varied role and as Digital Customer Experience Manager you will.

  • Work with the e-Commerce, Brand and Technology teams
  • Create the vision for the digital experience
  • Gain buy in and agreement for the vision with stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Own the digital experience roadmap
  • Manage budgets for the digital roadmap
  • Manage and build the team
  • Optimise the digital change delivery model

The successful Digital Customer Experience Manager will have proven experience within retail e-Commerce, product ownership, the design and delivery for customer experience and leading delivery of digital projects.
