ERP Support Engineer
Poole
£20,000 - £35,000
A fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of IT solutions. Our client who's head office in Poole is a custom designed technology centre are looking for a well-rounded ERP Support Engineer to join their established technical service desk team to help support their SAP Business One customer base. You will have experience working in a technical capacity within any leading ERP solution and you will preferably have support and customer management skills.
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of any of the top ERP solutions
- Support experience with Customer Service skills
- Queue management and prioritisation
- Multi-tasker and can-do attitude
- Excellent time management
Desirable Skills:
- SAP B1 experience and / or accreditations
- Microsoft SQL Accreditations
- Financial or Accounting experience
- Experience of the SQL Server Platform and configuration
- Experience of using Linux commands and HANA databased platforms
- Understanding and experience of database querying languages (SQL) programming languages (VB Script)
- Understanding of the Windows Platform / Networking to troubleshoot performance issues
- Experience with Boyum Products
