One of the UK's leading charitable organisations are seeking an End User Services Manager to join their team in Poole on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for managing the operations of the End User Computing Services department. You will be leading a team of 10 to ensure the division runs effectively while constantly striving to deliver great outcomes in a complex and progressive technology environment
Experience you will need/Responsibilities;
- Experience managing a team
- Incident management
- Work with the IT Service Management to ensure ITIL processes are adhered to
- Significant experience of managing an IT support function
- Manage 3rd Party suppliers
- Budgetary responsibility
- Develop and maintain effective processes
