Front End JavaScript Engineer - React, React Native, Node

A specialist creative digital agency company, based in the Woking area is seeking a Front End JavaScript Developer to work on various projects for the development of their international clients mobile and digital applications.
This company currently work with various well-known brands creating applications that are used by millions of people daily. You'll be involved in creating both web and mobile applications utilising the latest JavaScript frameworks.
This is great role for an experienced Front End JavaScript Developer to join the business and work on the latest releases for some of the worlds largest and most renowned brands
This is a varied role and as a Front End JavaScript Developer you will:
- Develop modern JavaScript applications (both Web and Mobile)
- Contribute ideas within the small agile Development team
- Maintain existing projects and develop new exciting products and services
- Work closely with internal teams on the development of all existing and new projects
The Skills required to be successful as a Front End JavaScript Developer are:
- React Native and/or React on Web or Mobile applications
- Node JS, Node API
- Modular JavaScript code e.g. ES6
- Experience building cross-browser applications
- Knowledge of web services and API integrations
Any additional experience in the following is very beneficial:
- Knowledge of Drupal 8
- Experience of cloud technologies (Ideally AWS)
- Experience with at least one of the following: Terraform, Docker, Packer, Ansible, Chef (Ruby), Consul
- Prior experience in a Devops environment and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Agile framework i.e., Scrum & Kanban
The successful Front End JavaScript Developer will have proven experience working with both web and mobile applications and be particularly strong in React, React Native or Node.
The company are able to accomate remote interviews and the role will initially be remote based. There will be 3 days per week from home when offices reopen. Applicants must be UK based and be eligible to work in the UK with no restrtictions.
