Graduate Product Specialist - Applications & Product Support
We have an awesome opportunity for an ambitious and talented maths/IT graduate (2.1 or above) to join an international cloud technology consultancy based in newly kitted offices near Fareham, Hampshire. They are market leaders in their field supporting blue-chip multinationals and SME clients globally to deliver huge gains in financial management.
As a business that has enjoyed continued and significant growth, they are looking for a bright, creative and determined individual to work within the digital function who build world-class cloud applications for a portfolio of cross-industry clients. You will identify, research and collaborate with other teams to help resolve technical issues and communicate with customers and users to report on the status and resolution of issues. You will have exemplary communication skills that instils confidence in customers and colleagues and work proactively with these stakeholders to identify trends and issues.
To be suitable for this role, you must have the following:
- 2.1 or above from a red brick, top 30 UK university
- Strong A-Level grades in mathematics or similar subject
- Knowledge of MS SQL, Software & IT Systems
- Highly numerical and analytic with a natural ability for problem solving
- Customer service experience and a professional outlook
- Proven ability to learn quickly and absorb information
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Desire for career progression

£30,000 to £35,000 + large bonus, pension, rapid career & salary progression, offices in London & Fareham.
Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire. The opportunity to move to London if desired.
