Hardware Technician - Bournemouth
£25k - £27k + company car or car allowance.
Hardware Technician required to join a successful team in providing both hardware and software support to customers. The role is based in my clients head office in Bournemouth however does require the successful Hardware Technician to do some UK travel on a frequent basis.
The role will involve supporting regional offices & individual client sites. Due to the customer facing nature of this role, the ideal candidate will have previously worked in a dynamic team and be capable of prioritising tasks, time management, and essentially providing a responsive and customer-focused service.
The role will involve building all hardware, from Desktop systems to Microsoft Servers, through to onsite installation.
My client is looking for someone with experience of:
- Supporting laptops, desktops & mobile devices
- Windows Server operating systems - 2008 / 2012 / 2016
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Networking
And some knowledge of:
- Procedural Guidelines
- Office 365
The successful Hardware Technician will be proactive, a strong communicator and will ideally have 3+ years' experience within a similar role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and progressive company in a role which can offer real variety and autonomy.
