Head of IT Delivery - ITIL, Service Delivery, Service Management
Approx. £90,000 + 20% bonus, Pension, Medical etc
Southampton, Hampshire
We are working with an established not-for-profit organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire to find a Head of IT Delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key strategic and operational leadership role in supporting the business's IT and Infrastructure delivery.
The purpose of the role includes:
- Responsible for supporting delivery functions into the business ensuring they are delivered in line with ITIL standard and operating model;
- Managing the day to day running of all IT operations and necessary systems, applications and infrastructure needs;
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the company IT estate, both internal employees and members;
Required experience:
- Background in Service Delivery and Service Management
- Implementing ITIL based Service Management processes including Release Management
- Software development life cycle and development methodologies
- Commercial awareness including budgeting and procurement

- People Management + Staff development

- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Able to influence others
- Managing offshore teams
- ITIL knowledge
